牛油切粒室溫軟化,並且加入糖、鹽打發鬆軟
分次加入蛋液并攪拌均勻
加入切粒的車打芝士到“2”中攪拌均勻
篩入低粉和芝士粉,並且揉成麵團
將麵團分次若干份,然後搓成圓柱狀放入冰櫃冷凍至變硬
將變硬的麵團切成大概5cm厚的圓片,碼好在烤盤上
預熱烤箱160度大概20分鐘左右就可以咯
