蛋糕分成两或者三片,淡奶油加糖打至6分左右发,抹一层在蛋糕坯上
夹层用水果切小粒,铺到奶油层上,然后在水果上再抹一层奶油
盖好另一片蛋糕,整个抹上奶油,尽量抹平
袜花用奶油再打发的稍硬一点,有明显花纹时,装入安好花嘴的裱花袋,挤出想要的花型,水果切片装饰一下
