搅至蛋液完全与黄油混合,体积蓬松
倒入过筛的低筋面粉
轻轻拌匀成曲奇面糊
装进裱花袋,套上花嘴,挤在垫了锡纸的烤盘上
中间压上一颗杏仁,进预热190度的烤箱中层烤15分钟左右,见曲奇表面微微上色即可
