先將熟蛋黃弄碎
牛油混合糖粉及鹽, 打起至忌廉狀, 依次序加入蛋黃, 香草油及熟蛋黃碎,攪勻至輕身發起
最後加入低筋粉, 搓揉攪勻成柔軟麵糰
用保鮮紙或袋包好麵糰, 放進雪櫃冷藏
最後取出麵糰, 以壓棍壓成 6亳米厚
预热烤箱,用200度烤15分左右(我是长帝),自己调节,看表面金黄即可
