将黄油切丁,室温软化后打成顺滑的状态

把蛋液打散后分2~3次加入进去,加入一次就要先搅拌均匀
把低粉一次筛入后用刮刀切拌至无干粉就可
预热烤箱190度,把挤花袋装好想要的花嘴后,烤盘上铺高温布或锡纸,挤出花纹饼干
放中层烤12分钟后,调低至150度转上火烤3分钟左右
