低粉130g+冻硬的黄油丁70g→用手搓成小颗粒状→加入奶酪粉30g→抓匀→加入全蛋液45g→抓成团→密封冷藏至少30分钟
取出冷藏好的面团→擀开成厚度5mm左右的薄片→均匀刷上剩下的全蛋液5g→撒上黑、白芝麻和罂粟籽→用擀面杖轻轻压实→用轮刀和尺子切成条状→双盘,190度,中上层,15分钟左右
