搅拌后的黄油体积蓬松,颜色发白,有点儿像羽毛的纹路
低筋面过筛,筛入黄油鸡蛋打发物,搅拌均匀后加入切碎的蔓越莓干(也别切太碎了)
用手把面团捏成长条,然后放冰箱冷冻室冷冻20分钟,拿出后切成厚片
烤箱210度,预热3分钟,中层烤约20分钟
