室温软化黄油
加入糖粉,用电动打蛋器搅打均匀(不用打太发,拌匀略膨胀即可)
加入蛋白拌匀
加入香草精拌匀
加入低粉、盐,用橡皮刮刀搅拌拌匀
搅拌好后把面糊装入布裱花袋,装上裱花嘴
烤盘上铺锡纸,把面糊挤在上面就行了
烤箱180度预热好。中层,20分钟左右。变色拿出,放在烤网上晾凉即可
