黄油打发到体积膨胀,颜色稍变浅即可
分2-3次加入鸡蛋液,并用打蛋器搅打均匀
低筋面粉筛入黄油糊中,用橡皮刮刀把面粉和黄油糊搅匀
曲奇面糊做好后,将中号菊花裱花嘴接入裱花袋中,把曲奇面糊填入裱花袋,在烤盘上挤出面糊
烤箱预热,将曲奇放入烤箱190℃烤10分钟,表面金黄色即可
烤箱中层,上下火,190℃,10分钟左右
