将匹萨面原料搅拌均匀和成面团,盖保鲜膜发酵1小时左右
将肉馅加淀粉、盐、黑胡椒粉、红酒做成小肉丸,用黄油煎熟备用
培根切小片、洋葱、青椒切丝备用
将发好的面团擀成圆片,烤盘内(我用的10寸烤盘)刷黄油,再放入面片松弛10分钟
在醒好的面片上依次刷番茄酱、奶酪酱,撒香菇片、洋葱、青椒丝、自制小肉丸、匹萨香草、玛苏里拉奶酪丝、培根肉片
烤箱用200度烤15分钟
