1kg面粉加40个酵母加盐少许,再加水发酵30-60分钟至1.5倍大
分成5个面团,然后一点点扯大,或者用手指关节压,一定要弄得很薄,大约2mm厚
涂上披萨酱,洒上洋葱,蘑菇,肉,橄榄,放入烤箱200度 10分钟
拿出来洒上芝士,浇少许橄榄油,再入烤箱5分钟,或者等芝士呈焦黄色
