先将速冻的蛋挞皮常温下放置30分钟
白糖用开水融化,加入牛奶和打散的鸡蛋,搅拌均匀
蛋液倒入蛋挞皮7-8分满
烤箱220度预热
烤箱中层烤20-25分钟,有条件的最后5分钟开热风,蛋挞皮会脆哦(表面有点焦就可以了)
出炉后撒上肉桂粉就可以吃啦
