吉利丁片放入冷水中泡软(水不在方子中)
将草莓泡入水中,加少许碱粉浸泡10钟过清水后捞起(没碱粉可换盐或者洗米水都行),将草莓加水放入料理机打成泥,放入锅中加糖煮至浓稠加入泡软的吉利丁片拌匀后放至常温。加入打至六分发的淡奶油打匀,倒入已铺好饼底摆好草莓片的模里置冰箱中冷藏4至5个小时直至慕斯馅凝固
脱模时用热水沾湿毛巾绕蛋糕模转一圈即可脱模
用小号菊花嘴装入裱花袋装入打发的淡奶油挤出花边,并用草莓,蓝莓,车厘子装饰
