8寸戚风切片剪边,吉利丁片冷水泡软备用
蔓越莓果泥和水、白糖混合放在小火上加热至白糖完全融化
将软化的吉利丁片加入做法2中搅拌至完全混合
鲜奶油加朗姆酒打发成奶昔状
将做法3和做法4混合搅拌均匀成慕斯液
剪边的蛋糕片放在蛋糕磨具中,倒入一层慕斯液,再将另一片蛋糕片盖上再倒入剩余慕斯液放入冰箱冷藏凝固
最后用玫瑰花做上装饰即可
