取三分之一蛋白与蛋黄拌匀后,拌匀剩下的蛋白糊
然后筛入面粉,切拌均匀
装入裱花带,在油纸上挤出长条形
均匀撒上糖粉,170度烤箱,15分钟左右
以上方法烤出两盘手指饼,烤好后用方形慕斯模比好切成正方形,刷上白冰酒备用
