全蛋加入糖,打发(小山说的是先打发全蛋再打法蛋白,但是我觉得蛋白打好比较稳定的就先打了蛋白)
取一半打好的蛋白加入打好的全蛋中,混匀
筛入低粉和可可粉,加入剩下的打发蛋白,混匀,加入以大火煮到快沸腾的淡奶油
入模,170度,烤30分钟,取出晾凉切片
