低粉,玉米淀粉提前混合过筛三次,草莓粉与水混合备用
蛋黄加20克糖混合搅打均匀
蛋白加入30克糖打至中性发泡
取1/3蛋白霜与蛋黄糊混合轻拌均匀
倒回剩余的蛋白霜中翻拌均匀
分三次加入提前过筛好的面粉,从下往上捞拌均匀
取少许拌好的面糊与草莓溶液混合均匀,装入裱花袋中,挤在铺油纸的烤盘中,呈网状
倒入剩余面糊抹平表面后轻振两下,烤箱预热190度,中层烤10分钟左右
取出烤好的蛋糕体待手能触碰的温度时撕下油纸,表面盖上一层保鲜膜放一旁备用
