取适量蓝色鸡尾酒,放置一边静止备用
糖加入适量的水,拌匀后小火煮沸
加入鱼胶粉继续煮至完全溶解,离火后放置一边至完全冷却
倒入蓝色鸡尾酒混合均匀,倒入容器中冷藏至凝固
将凝结好的蓝色酒冻用小叉子捣烂至粉碎,冷藏备用
全麦饼干放入保鲜袋中磨碎,与软化的黄油混合拌匀
活底模底层用保鲜膜包裹好(放便脱模),如果用慕斯圈要保鲜膜包裹住底口,放入混合好的饼干碎,压实!放入冰箱冷藏或冷冻至硬
