山楂洗净,去蒂去核
锅内加水和山楂煮开
煮开后加入白糖转小火,糖可分次酌情加入
小火边煮边搅拌,以防粘锅
煮至山楂软烂,粘稠便可。如果是做慕斯用,可以放入搅拌机打至细腻
