先把吉利丁片泡在冷水里泡软
泡吉利丁片的时候将砂糖放入淡奶油,然后打发,大概打至七分发
将泡软的吉利丁片加入牛奶中,牛奶加热至吉利丁片融化
将融化吉利丁片的牛奶加入到黑莓果酱中,搅拌均匀
果酱加入到打发的淡奶油中,继续搅打一会至均匀
搅打均匀后的慕斯糊到入容器,冷藏四个小时以上
冷藏后的黑莓慕斯均匀撒上白巧碎屑,放上一粒黑莓即可
