吉利丁、砂糖、放入150g牛奶中、软化后隔水加热搅拌至溶解
黑巧克力、隔热水融化加入吉利丁奶液并搅拌均匀
加入朗姆酒、浓缩咖啡搅拌均匀
将软化的奶油奶酪用打蛋器打至顺滑 淡奶油打至7成(出现纹路不会流动即可)
将淡奶油与奶油奶酪混合搅匀、加入步骤3的液体用打蛋器再次搅拌均匀
加入适量杏仁碎即成慕斯糊
倒入模具抹平表面、冷藏至定性 取出后用可可粉、杏仁、咖啡豆、玫瑰果、薄荷叶等装饰即可
