把蓝莓打成泥,取大半
打发淡奶油,把大半蓝莓泥倒入,搅拌均匀,倒入一片软化好的鱼胶片
剩下的蓝莓放入水中,小火煮沸,颜色变深,用筛子过滤掉果渣,加入剩余的软化好的鱼胶片
好准备好的东西倒进模子,放到冰箱知道冷藏半个小时。
