先做好蛋糕放凉备用(6寸模具的分量)
吉利丁片用冰水泡软后放入牛奶中,小火加热至完全融化后放在一边备用(至微凉)
芒果肉打成泥备用
淡奶油加细砂糖打至有纹路,打发到7-8成
将放凉的吉利丁牛奶液倒入芒果泥中拌匀
淡奶油倒入果泥中用打蛋器搅打均匀
拿慕斯模放入蛋糕片夹上果肉倒入慕斯糊,放入冰箱冷藏凝固后脱模
最后加上装饰
