奶油奶酪,和黄油室温下软化,用勺子压成小块;
加入糖粉,泡打粉,用打蛋器打发;
另取小碗,盛开水,加入棉花糖融化后加入奶粉,用打蛋器搅打成粘稠的糊状;
将奶粉糊分次倒进奶酪糊,继续搅打;
搅打至细滑,就可以用来裱花了。
