新鲜樱桃洗净后,掰成二半,去核
去核后的樱桃放入碗中,加入细砂糖腌制30分钟
将樱桃倒入锅中,边煮边搅拌,使糖完全溶化
玉米淀粉加5克水,拌匀成水淀粉
煮沸后,转小火再煮2分钟
倒入水淀粉,并搅拌煮到浓稠状态后关火
做好的樱桃派馅,放至完全冷却后使用
