派皮准备好以后,擀成24厘米的圆形,放如冰箱备用
桃子去皮,对切后去核,每半边切成3到4片薄片,备用。烤箱预热200摄氏度
取24厘米的圆形电磁炉与烤箱两用模具,倒入细砂糖,加热至其成金黄色的焦糖装,离火,拌入牛油,然后一一排入桃子片。用木勺轻轻搅拌,让焦糖完全浸润桃子片。松入烤箱烘烤15分钟
15分钟以后取出桃子,倒去多余的水份,撒上杏仁粉,然后铺上派皮,用手轻压,放进烤箱180摄氏度烘烤30分钟即可
烤好的派要等它完全冷却,再拿一个盘子,盖在模具上,翻转过来就可以了
