加入少许蜂蜜
搅匀后,加入玉米淀粉
调和均匀,做成叉烧馅料
将飞饼两张从冰箱取出、解冻
待飞饼略软,对半切开
舀一勺叉烧馅料,放在飞饼一角,占据约1/4饼皮
将另外半边折回,捏紧边缘
沿着边缘捏出细致波纹,一个叉烧酥饺生胚成型
用叉子在生胚上均匀扎孔
烤箱200度预热5分钟,酥角表面刷一层蛋液,放入烤箱烤20分钟左右即可
