放入预热到425F(218C)的烤箱内烤15到25分钟
略放凉后剥皮
在锅内用小火融化黄油,加热至黄油变香,颜色变深,放入300克烤熟的栗子和糖,继续中火加热搅拌至焦糖色,大约2分钟
加入朗姆酒使焦糖凝结在栗子上,关火把栗子放在烤盘上放凉
