先把蔓越莓切碎备用
黄油放入微波炉低火1.5分融化
全蛋打散了放入融化的黄油,炼奶,滴入柠檬汁(每加一样都要搅拌均匀)
鸡蛋糊3里筛入低粉然后上下拌匀(面粉全部温润即可,不要过分搅拌)
筛入抹茶粉上下拌匀
两个蛋白打成湿性发泡状态,倒入5加入蔓越莓粒,筛入泡打粉拌匀
放入裱花袋中挤到准备好的纸杯里,烤箱预热170度,中下火20分钟即可
