面粉与小苏打、肉桂粉(可选)、盐、砂糖混合
将蛋白与面粉混合物搅拌,并分次加入可可粉,搅拌成糊状
将巧克力擦成碎屑备用
麦芬模具擦上薄薄一层黄油(食用油亦可)
将糊状混合物倒入麦芬模具的约2/3,并将巧克力碎屑分散洒在表面
放入烤箱15-20分钟,看到麦芬蓬起即可,放凉即可食用
