低筋面粉过筛备用
黄油放入锅内,加入130毫升清水,小火慢慢加热至沸腾然后关火
将盐和过筛好的低粉立即加入到熬好的黄油水中,用勺子拌匀成面糊
将3个鸡蛋逐一加入到面糊中,加入一个用橡皮刮刀拌匀了再加下一个,最后拌匀成光滑的泡芙面糊
将泡芙面糊装进塞好大圆嘴的裱花袋,挤到垫了烤盘纸的烤盘上
烤箱预热190度,烤箱中层25分钟左右
