先将香蕉切成小块放入面包机,再放入除黄油外的所有原料搅拌成团,加入软化的黄油继续搅拌至可拉出透明薄膜的状态(大概要重复两到三个揉面程序)
基础发酵至两倍大
将发酵好的面团分割成3等份,滚圆,松驰15-20分钟
取一个面团,擀成长椭圆形,翻面,然后上下各折进1/3,将折好的面团再擀成跟模具同宽的长条形面片,卷起,放入吐司模中即可,依次擀卷好,先放中间,再放两边
盖上保鲜膜,放于温暖处发酵至模具的九分满,刷蛋液
烤箱预热,180度,倒数第二层,40分钟,出炉即脱膜,晾至微温时放入保鲜袋或保鲜盒中
