杏子去核,打成酱,面包机揉面,做法同以前面包,只是加入了杏酱
发酵好的面团分割成三份,滚圆松弛15分钟
面团第一次擀长,翻面后卷起,松弛15分钟
卷起的面团第二次擀长,翻面后再卷起,放入吐司模中,入烤箱进行发酵
面团发至9分满时,表面刷蛋液,粘上几片杏仁
入预热180度的烤箱,下层,上下火,30分钟,最后五分钟加盖
