将面团取出,回温20分钟后,分割成2个250克的面团,滚圆,松驰15分钟
将面团擀成椭圆形,翻面后左右各向内折1/3,自上而下卷起来,放入吐司盒内,放置温暖处发酵至九分满
表面刷蛋液,烤箱预热,放入倒数第二层,180度,30分钟,出炉即脱膜
