加入香草精,蛋液分次加入,搅打均匀(一定要确定搅打均匀后再加入下次的)
4、筛入粉类,改用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀
取做好的面糊约150克,筛入小苏打粉和可可粉用刮刀轻轻拌匀
先把原味面糊装入鹿背模,接着装入可可面糊,用刮刀稍稍拌合成大理石纹路
入预热至180度的烤箱烤焙30-35分钟
