蛋糕分成两片,插牙签做个标记
淡奶油加糖,数量以自己喜欢的口感为准,打至可流动的6分发
蛋糕片上先抹一层淡奶油,摆一层切碎的草莓,再抹一层奶油
按事先做的标记,把另一片蛋糕放好,整个蛋糕抹奶油,尽量抹平
淡奶油再打一下到8分发,有明显花纹状时,装入裱花袋,随意装饰
摆上一圈草莓,如果不立刻食用,草莓上最好刷一薄层果胶保鲜,放入冰箱冷藏保存
