120克淡奶里面加5克柠檬汁
低速打发成奶油
一个蛋黄加60克糖,隔水加热搅拌至糖融化变白
把打发好七到八成的淡奶油加入已经搅拌均匀的奶酪里面,再搅拌均匀
把搅拌好的蛋黄加入上面步骤中,再搅拌均匀,提拉米苏馅就做好了。因为我是给女儿吃的,所以就不用咖啡酒泡手指饼咯。放入冰箱冷藏四小时即可。
