面粉,奶粉,泡打粉过筛,筛入蛋液中,翻拌均匀。
拌好的面糊静至15分钟,用勺子舀入涂了油的玛德琳模具中,八分满就可以。
烤箱预热,180度烤10-15分钟就可以拿出,趁热脱模。
