放入蔓越梅干,太大的蔓越梅干,预先切成小粒
筛入低粉,再搅拌均匀成面团
将面团用手搓成长条,包上保鲜膜,放入冷冻室冷冻至硬,大约需要1小时
冷硬的面团用刀切成厚片,放入烤盘,放进预热好的烤箱中,170度,中层,烤20-25分钟,至表面微金黄色即可
彻底放凉后,放入密封盒保存
