鸡蛋打散,备用
肉松,低粉,泡打粉混合均匀
软化后的黄油加入糖和盐,用打蛋器打到体积稍微膨大,发白
分3次将鸡蛋液加入黄油中,每次待蛋液与黄油混合均匀再加下一次
将面粉混合物倒入鸡蛋黄油混合液中,揉成光滑面团
擀成薄片,切成条状,170度上下火15分钟左右
