高筋面粉中放少许盐、白糖、橄榄油、干酵母加鲜牛奶及温水和成面团,饧发30—60分钟
土豆、紫薯洗净切块,用黄油加少许盐炒至5成熟待用
将饧发的面团揉光滑,再饧10分钟
匹萨烤盘刷橄榄油将饧好的面做成匹萨面坯,用叉子叉气孔
刷番茄酱,铺上馅料,最后撒上奶酪丝
烤箱预热200度,烤20分钟
