打发的淡奶油70克2
碗中加入牛奶50克、蛋黄2个
细砂糖25克,搅拌均匀
然后再加入淡奶油70克及过筛的
低粉5克,搅拌均匀即成挞水
挞皮中加入葡萄干
将挞水倒入挞皮中8分满
烤箱最下层烘焙,200°25分钟
看到挞心鼓起,表面有轻微焦糖色即可
能吃就好~~
