草莓放入不粘锅里加50克糖,搅拌至糖溶解,冒小泡,关火
把吉利丁片控水,趁热加入3里搅拌均匀,放凉
淡奶油加45克糖打至6、7成发
把放凉的草莓混合物倒入淡奶油里,搅拌均匀,冷藏4个小时左右
果汁加QQ糖隔热水溶解,放凉倒入6里,冷藏
